Fibre lines

<p> </p> <p>Around 9 years ago our telephone lines were ****** , since than we have had line that ***gyback on the other ISP's with wanting to incur more costs on putting new lines. We pay out bills, we pay out takes and now with Fibre out we cannot benefit. The up class aread in jhb keep in replacing cabling when they cut but are too class for Telkom. So much for doing for the people. No wonder we will alwaya remain a 3rd country thanks to someone like Telkom ago are more interested in profits than the country . </p>
