Fibre line order

Telkom may have awesome packages but have the most ****ed up service ever ?? !! My mom ordered a portable Wi-Fi last year . Decided to upgrade to the fibre line . Paid R700 for the deposit on the 12/04/18. It is now the 16/10/18 ; 5months have passed by . In-between those months my mom has gone to a Telkom store asking about it , getting accused of not paying. Being told it doesn't appear in the system and yet we have proof of payment . Also has gone to cancel several times and being promised for a better service . This is very unacceptable ??. After all these months ultimately we were promised for the installation today and nobody showed up . Really ****ty service . Useless Company !!
