FIBRE-LESS
Was told fibre is the solution for my small business. NOTHING CAN GO WRONG - not like ADSL. Now without it for a week and business wise this is terrible. Was encouraged by Openserve Technician visiting after one day, but then it became a Cable problem. Escalation promised a few times (I think next level is the President). Please Telkom, your are making the profits, now give us what we deserve! Now a loyal customer for thirty years!

10 Nov 2017, 07:45Thank you Telkom and Open Serve! Although it took 10 days my fibre issue was resolved by the date provided after I lodged my comments on hellopeter.com after seven days. Now, why do we need Hellopeter for basic stuff like this? (But it is appreciated!)
