Fibre laying sub contractor cut our service

<p>We are in Moreletapark. This morning Telkom's sub contdactor who is laying fibre in our area were working in our nabor's yard. Left the hole open and now none of us ( 3 houses confirmed so far) has any landlines or internet. The subcontractor, Dotcom, who is still working in the same street, and aparantly uses the same safety netting as the "telkom subcontractor"; denied that it was them who worked there. Logged a fault with Telkom, but still nothing. How are they supposed to fix it if it was the sub contractor who broke it?</p>
