Fibre Installers damaged my vehicle!!!

Technicians are currently onsite in our area to install fibre . On Thursday 20 September my vehicle was parked outside my house in Rokeby Road, Crawford. The techniacian walked pass my car with a huge orange pipe and sc****d the side of my car!! I demanded to speak with the Supervisor on site and they said he is not there and gave me the following details:

Nobody answers - I need someone to refer me to the correct person / department as damages need to be paid for.

Please advise.
