Fibre Installation - Worst Service Ever

Telkom/Open Serve in Hoedspruit have THE WORST service I have ever experienced. Fibre was ordered a month ago and we are still without. Technicians arrive without warning and then leave the premises without calling. The issue has been "escalated" 3 times and every time a new person in the call center has a new story. They can't contact their technicians or tell me when a technician will come.... so I sit and wait... for weeks! I get told that a technician was assigned to come last Friday, but their records show that it did not happen and they can't tell which technician it was assigned to? What kind of a system is this!!???
