Fibre installation - Worst Service Ever

<p>I live in Equestria estate where Telkom had a promotion a while ago for a 100MB Fibre line with a 100GB cap for free for 2 months whereafter the line is purchaseable. I signed up for this promotion and was promised 21 working days for installation. It has been FAR over that period and I havent heard a thing. When contacting the help center I spoke to a Terese Emmanuel who just told me sorry she cant find anything I have to contact the other departments and find out from them. I have cancelled my other internet line and have 4 days of service left as I was promised my fibre would be installed by now. I work from home and this is a massive inconvenience and no matter who I phone at Telkom they have no record of my application and just tell me they will escelate it. This is by FAR THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received from a company and have no clue who to contact i nregards to this as everyone at Telkom just doesnt seem to care and just says "Sorry we have no record" and thats the extend of their help. This is truly pathetic service.</p>
