Fibre installation

<p>Telkom made a presentation at Willow Acres Estate to put fibre into the estate. This was done and I have app**** that fibre be installed since 21 November2016. I first was told that my application was cancelled, then that I need 3 months bank statement although I am a current telkom client. A technician eventually came out on a Sturday afternoon, told me that another technician will come out. They phoned me on 18 December a Sunday to connect which was not suitable for me. Since then I have not heard from them again, have been phoning to follow up and nobody picks up the phone. In the time I have app**** the marketing team of Telkom phones me regularly to ask me to install fibre, and when i give them my reference number it doesn't even show on the system. Absolutely schocking, I wish I could go to other service provider but do not have reception. I really dont know what to do anymore.</p>
