Fibre - Forest Glade Complex, Tokai, Cape Town

My mother has been trying to reach Telkom via phone and chat line to find out when Fibre will be available in her complex (Forest Glade, Tokai Road). She has called numerous times and has been put on hold for hours. In addition, she has not received a reply on the chat line. Please may you confirm if there is an ETA for Fibre in her area.
