Fibre failure

Groekloof Pta was one of the first areas for internet-fibre connectivity. Poor ADSL speed and reliability made me move to fibre.<br> It took Telkom 3 months to connct my fibre line!<br> If I have any problems the call centre waiting time is usualy 20-40min.<br> I sighned up for a 20 Mbits/sec line. It has never been that fast. There is no dedicated service centra for fibre related problems. My speed regularly fals below 8Mb/sec according to [URL Removed] In practice the line feels much slower.<br> My line is currently down.<br> Not nice if you pay more than R1000 /month.<br>
