Fibre down but no technician assigned

Hi Guys I reported on Sunday that our fibre in our street is down but up to now no technician has been assigned . I phoned customer care 4 times and they aid technical center is doing tests on their side before assigning a technician.I don’t know what tests these guys are doing when we have reported that the lines are physically and literally broken into two parts and are lying on the ground ? They just need to come and replace the cables !! We work from home and this downtime is affecting our businesses !!please help. They can come anytime we are available and waiting
