Fibre available in Kempton Park?????

I have app**** for a fiber line in our area. There is sales people all over the show under cazibo's that assist you in filling in the forms. We have filled in the forms 3 weeks ago, 12 October 2018. To date we have not received any calls from Telkom for them to connect the fiber. Telkom keep on telling me that Vumatel has not sent them my application form?? Telkom has not informed me correctly and when I do ask for the supervisor, we are told that he is not available (as always) or that no-one can assist me regarding this.
