Fiber YET to be installed on my side of the block ..

<p>I have been promised by telkom technicians for over 4 years that they would have fiber installed on my half of our block.. yet the other half of my block has fiber by end of 2014. In 2014 i asked them when i saw them installing the other end of my blocks fiber. They said it will be started before 2015. I spoke to them last year and they said end of 2015 and it is 2016 and they havnt even started installing the fiber on my end of the block and i dont see why i should be discrimnated against .. because that is how i feel.... they ***** our lines all the time because they copper so when will they start getting fiber installed?</p>
