Fiber Upgrade Nightmare

I recently app**** to upgrade my ADSL line to a fiber line. Upgrade was done but I am still being charged for ADSL line. After logging a dispute nothing was changed. I was told I had to wait 10 days before dispute would be escalated. After no feedback for two weeks I phoned again and was told that it had been settled - without notifying me. My next invoice showed that I am still paying for ADSL line. After numerous calls I then get told that I must submit an application to have the ADSL line cancelled.

This is reduculous. How can I upgrade to a different internet service and then months later get told I must apply to cancel a service I do not use.

Come on Telkom.

Still not resolved. Account has been updated, I am still being charged for 4MBS ADSL line and on top of it all, my landline is not working.

Please try to resolve this properly and quickly.

I cannot believe how long this dispute has taken to resolve. In absoluite frustration I went to the very store where I app**** for the migration of my ADSL line to Fibre - only to be told that the only way this can be resolved is over the phone as they do not handle account queries in person!

After a very lengthy phone call it was discovered that the migration had indeed been done incorrectly. When I enquired as to why my normal landline phone was not working, I was told that the line had been cancelled as per my request!!!!! This is rediculous, I had not requested it to be cancelled at all.

This had better be solved very soon, it has taken months for this to be rectified and I am pulling my hair out in frustration. Please could you also stop dropping your marketing pamphlets on my driveway every week - I already have a fibre line!
