Fiber Still not working as it should or what we pay for!!!!!!

Telkom still not fixed reported Faults. Tonight has been no exception to our O so fantastic Fiber Line which is from Telkom. Dont know when they will ever come and fix our Fiber line, i have reported this fault in 21-March-2018 Ref: ********** 3 - Still not fixed, said they will send Tech still waiting. 03-May-2018 - Ref ********** 4 - Still no Tech still not fixed 04-June-2018 - Ref: ********** 2 - Lets see

So many Faults logged till no replies, i cant believe we have to pay for a service and not getting it, so please Telkom can you fix this fault if not i will have to cancel this service as it is none existence.
