Fiber Price has gone up, service down to ****s

I'm starting to get VERY ANNOYED with this telkom fiber. I'm working from home and the network keeps dropping out of nowhere. My cellphone network was off for 2 days last week, I never got any sms, email or bird signal from them as to what happened.

The price has gone up but the service has gone down to ****s
