Fiber order

I ordered fiber connection to my home a month ago and still no sign of success. I keep calling to follow and every time it’s a different story. Apparently there is an issue on my address. Which makes no sense as Vuma website located my address. For someone working from home it is starting to be a painful exercise where I’m considering other deals out there. Ref ***A
