Fiber Optic Cable ********** Service

I was contacted by Telkom to have a fiber optic cable to be installed. They came out 5 times without making arrangements with me. After the first time it was identified that the box was in the neighbor's yard and not accessible. They said they would make arrangements with the neighbor's to gain access. They never did. They came out another 4 times with the same issue. I then went through the trouble to make sure that the neighbor's would be home for the installation and access. Telkom never pitched up. This inconvenienced both my neighbor's and myself. I spoke to the technicians' supervisor 2 times. Every time he said they were on their way. He ****. I still don't have the fiber optic cable and due to their incompetence, bad attitude, lack of planning and unprofessionalism I want to cancel my service or non-service with them.
