Fiber frustration

4 months ago Telkom approached me to offer a fiber service . After completing the application all went quiet despite continuous reminders on my part . The really irritating aspect is that the fiber cable is right at our gate 50 meters from the house . Now there is a problem with the ADSL cable and to fix that will necessitate digging up the drive way exactly where the Fiber cable will be laid . Time Telkom management stopped crowing about what a good job they are doing and rolled up their sleeves .
