Fiber data package not upgraded

We required an additional 100 gigs of data. The only way was to upgrade our fiber package from 20 megs to 40 megs. 1. The lady who assisted on the first request did not provide me with a reference number but as i spent around 20 minutes on the line with her, i felt it was all good. I waited 2 weeks and then called to find out that they had no record of my call. As i did not get a reference number they could not assist me. 2. I made the same request for an additional 100 gigs of data and was given a reference number REF ********** 70A. I waited 2 weeks and still no update of my additional data 3. I called again and they confirmed my additional 100 gigs was available and that we should see a double payment due to the upgraded service. REF ********** 30A

I kept my part and paid the invoice, now just wondering why Telkom is not keeping up their part.

Now almost 6 weeks later, still no additional data, although the line speed has increased significantly - i think i have been ****med as all i wanted was the additional data - not the additional speed!!!!!!!!!
