Fiber activation
On the 27 July i ordered fiber from Telkom and after been sent around by both Telkom and VumaTel the device was finally installed on the 16 August,till this day the device is not activated after calls been call centre and the 10213 email i'm still waiting,if they are not offline for the whole day you wait on the line for over 30minutes and only to be told that they will escalate the issue to the back office for activation.The service is pathetic.If the issue of activation is not resolved by today please come and fetch your device i would rather get a service provider that can be online for a at least one solid week.
