Ffffff annoyed with Telkom

ABSOLUTELY Annoyed WITH Telkom call center. The staff don't know what they talking about and are never able to assist me with my query.

My line is suspended however my debit order went through on the 29th of September. When I call the call center they say they can see the debit order went through and I must wait for reactivation as it will take 2 hours. 13 days later the account is still suspended and their bs lies every time I call to restart my phone
