Fees more than installment?!

For the month of Oct 2018 my FreeMe bill came to R130.46. The debit order was returned unpaid, and on my next statement, there was a Payment Rejection fee of R202.70 (yes, that's almost double to instalment)! This must be a mistake because first of all, I don't see how a fee can be more than the amount that the fee applies to; and secondly, I don't know of any bank that charges that amount for a rejected debit order. Please reverse this amount and calculate the correct fee! Or provide me with proof that this is what YOU are charged for my unpaid debit order (because I get charged by my bank already)!
