Feels like pre-ordering was pointless.

I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S6 from Telkom Mobile Fourways Mall and as with most people who pre-order I was truly excited to get my phone as it was released. I checked numerous times during Friday if the stock had arrived at the store as I was told it would be available for collection either Friday or Saturday. Unfortunately it never did. I checked again on Saturday and was informed it had not arrive and might be there on Monday. I have contacted them again this morning and they are still not sure if the stock will be coming today.<br> <br> My greatest frustration is not that I don't have my new phone yet but the staffs inability to either explain why the stock has not arrived further then the courier has not brought it and they have no clear indication when it would actually arrive. If they were not expecting to have any of the pre-order stock at this particular store then why allow customers to even go through the process. I just feel like myself and the staff at this store have been let down by Telkom mobile and their supply chains.
