feeling ****med

I have a telkom contract for so many years which they normally debit on the last day of every month so on the 23 December 2024 their debit bounce but on the 31 they did debit. now January I received an invoice billing of my amount extra with 200 when I inquire they told me that its a late payment fees. which I was not sign for it. so annoyed 😏😏😏
