Feeling disgusted

In November 2017 I app**** for a WiFi mobile router that was on special online and an agent contacted me a few days later and everything was confirmed and the WiFi mobile router was only delivered mid February 2018, since then I have been trying to connect it and it won't connect I even went to a telkom store in Kempton park twice and they asked for my ID number and they tried searching me on the system and was told I am not on their system and there is nothing they can do.I was then given 081180 I tried calling it it's invalid, I now don't know what to do.the problem I have now is that they going to debit my account for something that I am not even using. I am so unhappy with the telkom service as this in not the first time,last year it was the contract phone that I app**** for when an agent called me to date I have not received it and when I logged a complaint with telkom I was told they not sure from which department I was called.they just *********** and don't care about their customers.they must just know that competition is right out there they not gonna have the business forever.

I don't think I want to do business with telkom anymore,they must just come and collect their WiFi router.
