Feeling defeated

I have been calling and emailing Telkom and I get no assistance. Please can someone from Telkom assist me. I feel defeated. I have been paying for a service but it's not activated. I had for many years blocked cellphone calls from being dialled from my landline but from last year the line has been opened to use cellphone calls I didn't ask for this so I'm not sure why it's opened again. Please Telkom help reactivate this. Block my landline from dialling cellphone numbers.
