Feedback still pending - Warning: Don't deal with Telkom....huge mistake

<p>So the long and short is that I logged a query 8 days ago due to the fact that a long standing complaint has not been addressed. 8 days have passed and I am still yet to receive an answer from Telkom. I was initially told that my query would take 21 days, be that what it is I shrugged it off thinking what professional business would take 21 days to address a complaint. Surprise surprise....</p>
