Feedback please!!!
Sunday 20 September i walked into telkom Mobile Cresta branch form an upgrade, i have been looking forward to upgrading from Samsung to blackberry Passport and telkom mobile has advertised a deal on it, however when i got to the shop they told me it is out of stock only the Musgrave branch has. i asked if its possible to have it sent from the Musgrave branch to the cresta branch and Jaydine Orlam said her manager will email them and request for it to be delivered at cresta i must email her on Monday morning, i did and she responded and i quote \My manager is in the process of arranging a delivery I will let you know once we receive it". today is 30th and not feedback has been given"
