Feedback online sales

App**** twice online get a call a day or two later promise that the call centre will call back to inform me if my application was successful or not and got no feedback or email with regards to this when i called back the first time i was told the there was a problem with credit bureau and i should apply again i did and still no reply called back today @17:30 the 10213 number was on hold for 20 mins only to hear a prompt that the call centre is closed call you customer care line 081180 and was told i need to call 10213 to find out they are available from 8 or 9 she didnt know and close at 18:00 when i told her its not 18:00 yet and they didnt answer she told me they close at 17:00 npt good service at all
