Good day, I have received 2 SMS'e from Telkom mobile regarding case number ***9, saying they can't reach me on my cell phone. I have contacted the call centre and provided an alternative number but have not yet been contacted again by Telkom regarding this case and its outcome. Would you kindly please contact me at your earliest convenience
