Went to Trade route Mall in Lenasia to do a swim swap I was assisted by Selina it didn't make sense that I was charged for sim swap were else at Maponya they don't charge.I then advised her that my Bill was high for that month why is that,she told me that limit spend is R1000 I was angry cause it was reduced she said she can see who changed it bad service.She said she will call me on Monday cause it was Saturday when I went there she said weekends they can't do any changes cause of their system she was new according to her.She told me the changes will be in place this month I agreed she didn't call me tried calling them the line is always busy.I have 3 devices with them I'm so sad that she didn't stick to her agreement I'm going to cancel them I was thinking of upgrading not sure anymore.
