Feedback and problem resolution

Another week and still no resolution.Telkom contacted me last week, could not resolve over telephone and advised will escalate matter. Its been a week now and still no one contacted me. I have been a month without internet. Once you a TELKOM client, you dont become priority to them. You just another telephone number that they expect payment from each month. fault 78CRK311214
