Feedback??????

I understand that due to demand an item can runout. What is the purpose of advertising it, going into a branch, filling in the paper work with ALL your details, get told that stock will arrive in 10 days time and then after 2 weeks still not get an sms/email to inform you that there is no stock of the item. I walk into the branch today and query as to what is going on with my application and the response I get is that there is no stock so I cannot get it! I am sorry, but dont take my details if you will not make an effort to contact me! Damn pathetic! Was hoping to change my current service providers to Telkom for all my current requirements but doesn't seem that way anymore!
