Feed up with telkom. Poor customer service

I am sick and tired with telkom express Alberton city, they deleted my number and don't want to bring it back as this been in use for more ten years. All my policies, bank accounts, employment, Saps just to name a few. Those guys are so pathetic no one is willing to attend my cases, all they say wait for 72hrs now it's been 30 days getting the same response, their phone is always ringing and no one is answering. How can I open up a case against them? I want that shop to be closed. Last friday 13/05/2021, Some old woman was complaining about there service that was VERY VERY poorer and what they did, they just laughed like that old woman was mad because she got helped by another telkom outlet in same Mall. That shop needs to be closed PERIOD. Hope telkom will look into it cause I did lay a complain with them but nothing has materialize.
