Fee presented must be consistent

I went to a Telekom store to apply for a Telekom business virtual number, it eventually was approved , my consultant Keith informed me that I had to pay a fee of 3700 , he address the matter and an outcome was that I will only pay 700 and receive my device and virtual number. On my way to pick up the device somebody at Telekom business decided that I should pay 3700 prior to receive the device.no valid reason given.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in how this matter is handled , is this Telekom ploy to discourage new businesses to be in business ,by failing to provide a basic service from them. I need the ceo to contact me and explain why this is so. And I want the promised service at the committee fee of R700. <br> <br> I will not pay the escalated 3700. I demand a response.
