Fee for debit order

I have data sim card with telkom since January have been paying cash… so now they want debit my account which does not allow them every time i get R202 fee for debit order that was unsuccessfully, they even went to debit an account which i did not even provide them with and they consults are very rude… want to cancel this nonsense
