FEDUP WITH USELESS DECEASED ACCOUNT SECTION.

I can't even express my anger and frustration with this company. My fiance passed away in August, I have been to the branch handed in the deceased ID & death certificate was told it will be canceled in 7-14 days. To my amazement Its month 3 the dam account is still active! Bills are still being sent overdue balances but the account remains active?? . Emails, calls, social media to date just got reference numbers after my queries. I'm going to be taking your invoices & wiping my ass off with it because this company does not understand the word Cancel!! ! Your contract states nothing on what happens should a account holder pass away. I know the date I was at the branch to request cancelation and you did not follow my instruction. in high hopes you going to try to claim those balances on keeping the account active. Through not following an instruction you will end up writing that debt off when I take this further. You know the man is deceased but you will rather put the bereaved family through more hell.
