Fedup with Telkom

I upgraded with Telkom in September, since then I have been having endless ssues connecting to the internet. I keep asking for assistance and I get ridiculous answers like theres no coverage in my area. How will there be no coverage when I have been living in the same area for over 8 years??? What a load of bull!!! I just want to know if can cancel this contract. I am fedup!
