FEDUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely frustrated and beyond the poor service I have been receiving, I am waiting for a paid up letter since last week thursday 12/8/2021, it is now the 19/8/2021. Everyday I get told I will get it and everyday I call back to query I get told a different story. 12 Telkom employees have now given me the incorrect information, I WANT MY PAID UP LETTET TODAY. Contact me urgently or I am going to take this matter further.
