FED UP WITH USELESS TELKOM..can they get any worse???

<p>Its been a week, and after so many complaints, calls, mails, my sim is still not listed on the network...my CONTRACT sim which they ADMITTED to mess up, changed it to a pre paid, with no readon at all, and then removed it as it shows not used...this happened two months ago aswell and it took them a month to fix...they are quick taking your money but not quick to assist, if my sim is not fixed by COB Tuesday 11.07.16, i WILL STOP paying as of now, then i am sure i will get a quick response!!!!!!</p>
