Fed up with TelkomMobile

TelkomMobile I really want to cancel my contact I bought a router and it got lost 2017 October I think I only used it for 3 months so I went to the store to do a sim swap the stores are honestly useless and unnecessary... so since January I’ve been trying to do a sim swap at the stores and no help so it’s either their system is off or they don’t have SIM cards.... Maponya mall is worse because they don’t even have a great customer service all the ladies there are just rude then jabulani Mall is just something else either they don’t know what they are doing or they don’t understand how Telkom system works.... I don’t understand why I should be paying for Telkom and not getting any service I am not even gonna bother going to the store to do a sim swap I am done with Telkom I’ve already lost a lot of money.... so please assist me
