FED UP WITH TELKOM TRICKS

I have a R449 Lte Unlimited data sim contract with telkom. I have received the statement if account amounting to R516.81.

I called them to enquire about this. How can an unlimited contract increase? The lady who attended to my case told me that she will escalate my case as I demanded that the amount be reverted to what I signed for. She promised that telkom will get back to me but up until today I havent heard from them.

She indicated that I have subscribed to something I know nothing about. I told her to cancel the subscription because I have never subscribed for any service.

I couldn't understand the explanation she gave me but said something about that she was going to lower some amount that lead to the increase in my subscription. I still don't understand how I could have exceeded the unlimited subscription which lead to the increase in the amount advertised and agreed upon.

I demand that they stick to the R449 that we agreed upon and nothing else.
