Fed up with telkom never again ever

Recently I have been having so many issues with my signal.... I keep calling to ur call centre and they keep telling me to have my router checked... There's nothing wrong with my router as I have been using an mtn Sim in that same router and I could work perfectly fine. I'm am losing so much money coz if this poor network my computer is so slow.... And to top it off I still another year left with this stupid poor service. I need to get out of this contract but I am not willing to pay so much money. Either you up ur game with signal or I will up my game with taking this further. U guys are making working from home virtually impossible at this point. Can some1 call me and get this sorted as ur call centre keeps telling me there is no outage yet it feels like my internet is being throttled...
