Fed up with Telkom

I am so tired of repeating myself,so now maybe if I write something on hellopeter,I could get some kind of response.I have been paying for my adsl every month,yet my internet and phoneline has been dead for more than 6 weeks,I report a fault daily,yet no help.Then I have another issue,there is money deducted from my account for another service thats been cancelled year ago.Telkom is making me broke and I cant even use internet or call,but I am charged for two devices!! One not working and one suppose to be CANCELED.
