Fed up with Telkom

My landline has been dead since middle November, I have reported it numerous times only to learn that the copper line is faulty and that telkom is not going to fix copper lines. So I canceled the services end of January, thou telkom still expect me to pay line rental for November, December and January for a line that is still not working. Actually there should be no stars here.
