FED UP WITH TELKOM

Fed up with telkom, debiting me 1000s of hands for the pass 2 years ,which I never authorised...i am currently unemployed and have no funds in my account and this is causing my bank account to go into a negative balance...telkom stop debiting my account because I am now going to go to the ombudsman because I have gotten no feedback from you about my request to stop this debit order...
