FED UP WITH TELKOM

<p>Since July 2016 my phone line has been off, i phone about twice aweek to complain to ask when will telkom come out to fix my line. whon ever i spoke to told me every time they will put it on the system as urgent. Till today nothing has been done. The last time on 5th of September 2016 i phoned in 3times, easch and every one who has been on the line has told me to hold on and never returned my call. So i ask you now how long must i wait how many times must i call in before this problem is resolved </p>
