Fed up with Telkom

So Telkom contacted me offering me a router last month in April, i agreed to take the contract, however the product delivery was delayed by over 2 weeks.. now i finally get it..first consultant says the sim card will be activated within 24hr, next day its not active, i cal, in the 2ns consultant says 48hrs can u believe it, okay i give them up to 72hrs when i call after 72hrs they say weekend days are not counted, that time i depleted my data im stranded and need to do my work... why offer something then make it hell before i can use it, or better yet why arent you training your staff to give consistent information. y'all are honestly annoying
