FED UP WITH TELKOM

Telkom customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. I have been a Telkom customer for only 1 month and I have never been so irritated with a service provider before - seriously I should have stuck with Vodacom!! There is no customer care whatsoever and for 2 days now I have been trying to speak to anyone at Telkom to help with me with my case number ( ********** 9) - but do you think I can get to an operator that can actually help me.. NO!! Seriously I am fed up with Telkom!!!
